Naturally I can't have only good news in a day

When you have a friend who knows what she's talking about and a principal who knows what shes talking about tell you your resume looks good and then have someone tear it apart, what are you supposed to do?  This person made me feel insignificant and like all the work that I've done so far was useless.  She was very unfriendly and seemed shocked at how "little" I had done so far.  Yes, I know my resume isn't perfect, but learn some manners!  On the bright side, an independent publisher is interested in publishing my book!  I have to look over the specifics to see if I am going to sign my life away.  I will keep you posted!
