Abs

Over the summer, I didn't go to the gym. I played tennis 2-4 times a week as my workout. I started going to the gym once the school year started. I also downloaded an ab app on my phone called Seven. It gives me 12 different exercises to do for 30 seconds each. It takes 7 minutes, hence the app is called seven. My goal is to do the ab exercises every single day in addition to lifting weights and running three times a week. By doing all of this and eating "healthier", either the weight will fly off or I'll weigh the same, but my flab will turn to muscle. I'm content with having that happen too. We will see what happens!
